Working for a national provider of Building Maintenance solutions, we provided a Fire Resistant (FR) package for their renovation program of several hundred Licensed Premises, many of which were listed or Heritage protected buildings.
Traditional fire resistant solutions would have resulted in building closers and/or interference, as well as almost all original features such as exposed beams and iron work, being lost through encasement.
The ‘paint-on’ NB solution meant ALL premises were kept open, there was no interference to business and all original features were maintained.
