No-Burn products are very well suited for use in OEM applications, most commonly with forest products such as timber, particle boards, natural insulation materials (cellulose and hemp/flax) but also with man-made products such as steel, cement boards, gypsum products, plastics and textiles. We can help manufacturers produce inherently FR products where hitherto they were not suitable for use in projects requiring FR.
Part of the process includes testing the fire performance through trial and error, production testing, storage, packaging and transportation issues. We can also design additions to the production line to cater for spraying of the product and drying – all with one eye on minimising the impact of the current production process.
