From our vast experience gained from a varied array of projects across Europe, we are perfectly positioned to provide advice on a wide range of compliance issues. We have assisted clients interpret new fire protection legislation and how it affects projects in reality, negotiate with code officials, building regulators and fire depts to gain dispensation and /or variance and act as project managers in those situations, sitting between the client and the authorities. We have also written ‘bespoke’ programs in situations where codes do not work or are unnecessarily prohibitive, having them approved by the authorities and then overseen the implementation.
We have particular strength in helping companies and government departments interpret and implement the EU Harmonisation programs, especially for New EU Member States.
We also have very strong relationships with most EU Fire Depts, governments and central EU decision makers, positioning us in a unique ‘lobbying’ role, used by our clients to great effect. In many cases, there are EU funds available under specific framework programs to pay for the work we do for clients.
